Happy Independence Day

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY. Wow! We actually got freedom from British "people", that means we can actually do what we want to and pursue the dreams of our Choice.
Ironically, I find that is not happening in India. Indians are still not free. Sad part is people succumb to the judgemental society. But luckily enough we can be free the moment we wish to!
Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to do some things but didn't for the fear of "what people might think".
I have been in many such situations till I realised..
People judge all the time, even if you do something ( for doing it) an even if you don't do it ( for not doing it)
Do you actually think what people think about you matters? NO
Oh, don't forget we are that "people" in some one else's life. Do you actually think that what we think about that person effects or stop them from achieving what they wanted to? NO, NEVER.
In this independent India, you are free to do whatever you want! ( Apparently if it is ethically and legally acceptable:-P)
From this independence day , be free from the biggest hindrance of your life and dreams
"Sabse bada rok, kya kahega log"
And remember
" People who mind doesn't matter,
People who matter doesn't mind'
Let me share you an interesting story
As my friend was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from the ropes they were tied to but for some reason, they did not. My friend saw a trainer nearby and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.
"Well" he said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size of rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.” My friend was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Similar with us, we are these gigantic and powerful elephants.  It's time for us to break that power less rope to explore our dreams.
Once you decide to let go of that rope, it's your turn to rule your beautiful life and world , at large.
Once again HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY to all those free and happy minds who have decided to care about their dreams than that powerless rope of " what people might think".
